Blockbuster’s $1 machines fail to impress

WalletPop, a fun consumer website checking out the latest in consumables, doesn’t see much hope in Blockbuster’s latest and sadly desperate attempt to stay relevant. In the face of the flexibility and selection of NetFlix and cable companies, Blockbuster is trying to take on Redbox, a self-serve kiosk where you help yourself to DVDs for a dollar. Sneak peek at last two ‘Harry Potter’ movies

A few of us just having finished the “Harry Potter” series, this is especially exciting to see.

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part I” is due to release on Nov. 19, 2010, an agonizing year away!

Part II, and the final “Harry Potter” movie, will come out in the summer of 2011.
