Whether you love it or hate it, pop music is all around us. It seems as though anyone with enough money and marketing can make it big in the pop music scene these days. The result being a lot of garbage music that flies off the shelves, earning the record companies and mediocre artists tons of cash. Probably one of the best things to come out of 2009’s amalgamation of crappy pop music is this mash-up. Created by DJ Earworm and coined “United State of Pop: 2009 (Blame it on the Pop)”, this video is making its way around the internet.
